Booking & Sessions
Booking is simple! Fill out our contact form on the Contact page or send us a DM on Instagram @thefinityfocus. We'll respond within 24-48 hours to confirm availability. We will then send over your intake questionnaire and schedule your consultation call to discuss your vision. Your date is officially secured once your non-refundable 30-50% deposit is received and your Photography Agreement is signed.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for photography sessions, and 3–6 months in advance for weddings and large event packages. Popular dates fill up fast, especially in spring and fall, the sooner you reach out the better!
We serve the entire DMV area, Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Travel beyond 25 miles may include a travel fee of $25–$75+. We are also available for destination bookings, just reach out and let's talk!
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your session may be rescheduled within 60 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the retainer. If we need to reschedule due to illness or emergency on our end, we will offer a full reschedule at no additional cost or a complete retainer refund.
Photos & Editing
Your full edited gallery will be delivered within 7–10 business days of your session via a private online gallery link. Event and Wedding galleries are delivered within 4–8 weeks depending on the scope of coverage and number of photos captured. Priority and Rush delivery is available for an additional fee, paid at the time of booking.
High-resolution photos are your fully edited photos delivered in a gallery of print-quality format. These images include our signature color correction, lighting adjustments, and overall enhancements to create a polished and consistent gallery. Retouched portraits receive an additional level of detailed editing, including refined skin retouching, removal of minor distractions, and extra polishing to create a more elevated finish.
To ensure every image reflects The Finity Focus quality and signature editing style, raw/unedited photos are not provided. All final images are professionally edited before delivery. Additional retouched portraits may be purchased separately if desired.
Absolutely! Additional edited photos are available at $15 each for Portraits, Branding, Family & Lifestyle sessions, and Event packages; and $20 each for Wedding packages. For content creation packages, additional edited reels are available at $75 each. Just let us know after you receive your gallery and we'll take care of it.
All packages include a personal use license agreement, meaning you can share your photos on social media, print them, and use them for personal purposes. Images may not be sold, used for commercial purposes, or heavily edited without written permission. The Finity Focus may use images for portfolio/marketing purposes unless client opts out.
